This Privacy Policy ("Policy") describes how Keystone Auto Glass ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information obtained through the website located at keystoneautoglass.com (the "Site"). Please read this Policy carefully before submitting any personal information. By using the Site or submitting a request form, you agree to the practices described herein.
1. Who We Are — Important Disclosure
Keystone Auto Glass operates as a lead generation and referral service. We do not perform auto glass installation, repair, or any other automotive services directly. Our business consists of collecting consumer service requests and sharing that information with independent third-party auto glass service providers ("Service Providers") who may contact you regarding your request. Understanding this business model is essential to understanding how your data is used.

- Description of glass damage or service needed
- Insurance information, if provided
- Any other information you voluntarily include in a form or message
Information Collected Automatically
When you visit the Site, we and our third-party service providers (including analytics and advertising platforms) may automatically collect:
- IP address and approximate geographic location

We may receive information about you from third-party data partners, advertising networks, or affiliate sources, which we may combine with information collected directly from you.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
- Lead Distribution: To share your service request and contact information with one or more Service Providers who may be able to fulfill your request.
- Communication: To contact you via phone, text (SMS/MMS), or email in connection with your service request, including follow-up, confirmation, and satisfaction inquiries.

4. How We Share Your Information
Sharing your information with third parties is central to our business model. By submitting a form on the Site, you authorize the following sharing:
Service Providers (Lead Recipients)
Your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, service request details, and other information you submit may be shared with one or more independent auto glass Service Providers. These providers may contact you directly to offer quotes or schedule service. You may be contacted by multiple Service Providers in response to a single submission. Service Providers receive your information for their own independent use and are not agents of Keystone Auto Glass.
Note on "Sale" of Data: Sharing your personal information with Service Providers in exchange for compensation — or for our commercial benefit — may constitute a "sale" or "sharing" of personal information under the California Consumer Privacy Act (Cal. Civ. Code § 1798.100 et seq., "CCPA") and similar state privacy laws. We disclose this practice transparently so you can make an informed decision before submitting your information. See Section 9 for your rights.
Marketing and Analytics Partners
We may share data with third-party advertising networks, analytics providers (such as Google Analytics), and marketing platforms to measure site performance, retarget advertising, and optimize our lead generation operations.
Technology and Operations Vendors
We share data with vendors who help us operate the Site, including hosting providers, form processing tools, CRM platforms, and email delivery services. These vendors are contractually restricted from using your data for their own independent marketing purposes.
Legal and Compliance Disclosures
We may disclose your information if required by law, subpoena, court order, or government request; to protect the rights, property, or safety of Keystone Auto Glass, its users, or the public; or in connection with fraud investigation or prevention.
Business Transfers
If Keystone Auto Glass is involved in a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or similar transaction, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice of any such transfer and any material changes to this Policy.
5. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) — Phone and Text Communications
By submitting a form on this Site, you provide prior express written consent — as defined under 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200 — for Keystone Auto Glass and participating Service Providers to contact you at the phone number you provide using automated dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and automated text messages (SMS/MMS), even if your number is registered on a federal, state, or local Do Not Call registry.
Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. Consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded communications is not a condition of obtaining any service.
6. Email Communications — CAN-SPAM Compliance
By providing your email address, you consent to receiving service-related and marketing emails from Keystone Auto Glass and Service Providers. All marketing emails will include:
- Clear identification of the sender
- A valid physical postal address
- A clear and functional opt-out mechanism
You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in any such email, or by contacting us at the address in Section 12. Opt-out requests will be honored within 10 business days as required by the CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq. Transactional or service-related emails may still be sent after opting out of marketing communications.
7. Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We and our third-party partners use cookies, pixel tags, web beacons, and similar technologies on the Site. These are used to:
- Recognize returning visitors
- Analyze site traffic and user behavior
- Deliver and measure the effectiveness of advertising
- Enable remarketing to past visitors on third-party platforms (such as Google and Meta advertising networks)
You may control cookie settings through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect Site functionality. We do not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, but we do honor opt-out mechanisms described in this Policy.
8. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Lead data is generally retained for up to [24 months] following collection, after which it is deleted or anonymized. You may request earlier deletion as described in Section 9.
