Please read these Terms of Service ("Agreement") carefully before using the website located at keystoneautoglass.com (the "Site") or submitting any information through the Site. By accessing the Site or submitting a request form, you ("User," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.

1. Nature of This Website — Important Disclosure
Keystone Auto Glass is a lead generation and referral service, not an auto glass installation or repair company. We do not employ technicians, perform glass installations or repairs, or provide any automotive services directly. The Site is operated solely to connect consumers seeking auto glass services with independent third-party service providers ("Service Providers") who may contact you regarding your request.
When you submit a request through the Site, your contact information and service request details may be shared with one or more Service Providers. We do not guarantee that any particular Service Provider will contact you, accept your request, or be available in your area.
We are not a party to any agreement between you and any Service Provider. Any pricing, scheduling, warranty, workmanship, insurance claim handling, or other terms are solely between you and the Service Provider you choose to engage.
2. Consent to Contact — TCPA and Electronic Communications Disclosure
By submitting a request form on this Site, you expressly consent to the following, even if your number is listed on a federal, state, or local Do Not Call registry:
- Telephone and Text Contact: You authorize Keystone Auto Glass and its Service Providers, partners, affiliates, and their agents to contact you at the phone number(s) you provide, including via live telephone calls, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and autodialed or automated text messages (SMS/MMS), for purposes of responding to your service request, providing quotes, scheduling, and related marketing communications. This consent is given pursuant to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, 47 U.S.C. § 227, and constitutes "prior express written consent" as defined under 47 C.F.R. § 64.1200.
- Multiple Contacts: You acknowledge that your information may be shared with more than one Service Provider, and that you may receive separate contacts from each such provider.
- Email Communications: You authorize us and Service Providers to contact you at the email address you provide for purposes of responding to your inquiry and for related service and marketing communications, consistent with the CAN-SPAM Act, 15 U.S.C. § 7701 et seq.
- Consent Not a Condition of Purchase: You understand that your consent to receive autodialed or prerecorded calls and texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Revocation: You may revoke consent to receive text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text message. You may revoke consent to receive marketing emails by using the unsubscribe mechanism in any such email. Revocation does not affect the lawfulness of contacts made prior to revocation.
3. Lead Sharing and Third-Party Service Providers
When you submit a request, you authorize us to share your name, phone number, email address, vehicle information, service request details, and other information you provide with one or more Service Providers. You acknowledge that:
- Service Providers are independent third parties and are not employees, agents, or representatives of Keystone Auto Glass.
- We do not control, supervise, endorse, or guarantee the quality, licensing, insurance, pricing, availability, or conduct of any Service Provider.
- We are not responsible for any act, omission, negligence, workmanship, fraud, or misconduct of any Service Provider.
- We do not verify the licensing, insurance, or credentials of Service Providers. You are solely responsible for independently verifying such information before engaging any Service Provider.
- Any dispute regarding services rendered is solely between you and the relevant Service Provider.
4. No Guarantee of Services or Quotes
Submitting a form on this Site does not guarantee that you will receive a quote, be contacted by a Service Provider, or have any service performed. Any pricing information, cost estimates, or service descriptions displayed on this Site are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute a binding quote, offer, or contract. Actual pricing is determined solely by the Service Provider and may vary based on vehicle, location, damage type, parts availability, and other factors.
5. Accuracy of Information Submitted
You represent and warrant that all information you submit is truthful, accurate, current, and complete, and that you are the vehicle owner or have the owner's authorization to request service on their behalf. We reserve the right to reject any submission we reasonably believe contains false or fraudulent information.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT, REFERRAL SERVICES, AND INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT: (A) THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE; (B) ANY SERVICE PROVIDER IS LICENSED, INSURED, OR QUALIFIED; (C) ANY QUOTE PROVIDED BY A SERVICE PROVIDER IS ACCURATE; OR (D) YOUR SUBMISSION WILL RESULT IN A RESPONSE OR SERVICE BEING PERFORMED.
To the extent implied warranty exclusions are prohibited by applicable Pennsylvania or federal law, they are limited to the minimum extent required.
7. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:
- KEYSTONE AUTO GLASS'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THIS AGREEMENT OR THE SITE — WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT, STRICT LIABILITY, OR OTHERWISE — SHALL NOT EXCEED FIFTY DOLLARS ($50.00), REFLECTING THE VALUE OF THE FREE REFERRAL SERVICE PROVIDED.
- IN NO EVENT SHALL KEYSTONE AUTO GLASS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF VEHICLE USE, OR COSTS OF SUBSTITUTE TRANSPORTATION, WHETHER OR NOT ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
- WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR THE WORKMANSHIP, CONDUCT, FRAUD, OR NEGLIGENCE OF ANY SERVICE PROVIDER TO WHOM YOUR INFORMATION IS REFERRED.
Nothing in this Agreement waives rights that are non-waivable under the Pennsylvania Unfair Trade Practices and Consumer Protection Law (73 P.S. § 201-1 et seq.) or other applicable law.
8. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Keystone Auto Glass, its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Site; (b) your breach of this Agreement; (c) false or misleading information you submit; (d) your violation of applicable law; or (e) any dispute between you and a Service Provider.
9. Privacy and Data Use
Our Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and share your personal information, including sharing with Service Providers and third-party marketing partners. By submitting a form, you consent to those data practices. We do not sell your personal information beyond the scope disclosed in the Privacy Policy.
10. Intellectual Property
All Site content is the property of Keystone Auto Glass or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or exploit any Site content without our prior written permission.
11. Prohibited Uses
You agree not to: (a) submit false or fraudulent information; (b) impersonate any person; (c) submit requests without the vehicle owner's consent; (d) transmit spam or malware; (e) harvest data from the Site; or (f) violate any applicable law.
12. Third-Party Links
Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only. We accept no responsibility for third-party content, privacy practices, or services.
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by Pennsylvania law. Any unresolved dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration under AAA Consumer Arbitration Rules, with proceedings in Pennsylvania. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court with jurisdiction.
Class Action Waiver: All disputes must be resolved on an individual basis, not as part of any class or representative action. If this waiver is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim shall be severed to a Pennsylvania court while remaining claims proceed in arbitration.
14. Modifications
We may modify this Agreement at any time by posting a revised version. Continued use of the Site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Agreement.
15. Severability
If any provision is found unenforceable, it shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary, and the remainder of this Agreement shall remain in full force.
16. Entire Agreement
This Agreement and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Keystone Auto Glass regarding use of the Site.

Appendix A — Required Form Consent Language
The following disclosure must appear immediately adjacent to — and visually connected to — the submit button on every lead capture form on this Site. This language is what creates legally valid TCPA prior express written consent. It must not be buried, hidden, or placed only in a ToS link. Populate bracketed items before launch.
By clicking "[Submit Button Label]," I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and authorize Keystone Auto Glass and up to [X] participating auto glass service providers to contact me at the phone number and email I provided, including via automated calls, prerecorded messages, and automated texts (SMS/MMS), even if my number is on a Do Not Call list. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not required to obtain services. Text STOP to opt out of texts at any time.
Implementation note: This language must be rendered as visible, legible text — not a collapsed accordion or tooltip — and must appear before the submit button action completes. A checkbox affirming consent (unchecked by default) further strengthens the TCPA consent record and is strongly recommended.
